Hypermobile Spectrum Disorder

Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder (HSD) is a connective tissue condition characterized by joint hypermobility, pain, instability, fatigue, and difficulty with movement control. Dysautonomia refers to conditions affecting the autonomic nervous system, which regulates functions such as heart rate, blood pressure, and digestion. Symptoms may include dizziness, lightheadedness, fatigue, exercise intolerance, brain fog, and rapid heart rate. Treatment focuses on improving autonomic regulation, activity tolerance, conditioning, and symptom management.

Concussion

Concussion rehabilitation addresses symptoms that may persist after a head injury, including dizziness, headaches, balance problems, visual disturbances, neck pain, and difficulty concentrating. Treatment is individualized and may include vestibular therapy, cervical treatment, exercise progression, and return-to-work, school, or sport planning.
