Where Healing Converges
Convergence Vitality was founded by Ali Gosnell with the belief that true healing happens when the mind and body are treated together, and from a desire to help patients without the limitations often placed on care by insurance companies. Built on a passion for helping individuals with complex neurological, musculoskeletal, and autonomic conditions, the clinic was created to provide a more personalized and integrated approach to care.
At Convergence Vitality, we combine evidence-based physical therapy, movement retraining, hands-on treatment, and performance-focused rehabilitation to help patients move beyond pain, injury, and dysfunction. Every treatment plan is tailored to the individual, allowing patients to restore function, improve resilience, and return to the activities they love with confidence.

Ali Gosnell is the founder of Convergence Vitality and earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy, Master of Science in Athletic Training, and Performing Arts Medicine Certification from Shenandoah University. Early in her career, she worked throughout Northern Virginia with organizations including the Washington Ballet, Suzanne Farrell Ballet Company, National Symphony Orchestra, and touring performance productions, where she developed a strong passion for treating dancers and performing artists.
Ali later transitioned to practicing in Winchester, Virginia, where she expanded her focus to treating patients with concussions, Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder (HSD), Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS), and dysautonomia-related conditions. For the past eight years, she has dedicated her career to serving this often underserved population and has become passionate about providing care that recognizes the complex relationship between the neurological, musculoskeletal, and autonomic nervous systems.
She believes patients with these conditions deserve comprehensive, individualized care from providers who understand how each system affects the other. Her treatment approach combines evidence-based physical therapy, movement retraining, hands-on care, and patient education to help patients improve function, build resilience, and return to the activities they love with confidence.
